The agreement that applies to approved Peakly accounts.
1. Who we are
Peakly is a product of By Ylfa, Azuriet 33, 3831 VV Leusden, Netherlands (KVK 99421453). Email support@peakly.fyi.
2. What Peakly is — and what it is not
Peakly is an information tool for people using GLP-1 medication. You log the doses you have taken, and the app shows projected active-level curves and weight trends based on standard pharmacokinetic models and your own data.
Peakly does not prescribe medication, does not diagnose conditions, and does not provide treatment, and it does not sell or supply medication. The projections it shows are based on standard models and the data you enter — your body's response may differ. Always consult your prescribing healthcare professional about your GLP-1 use. Peakly is not a substitute for professional medical guidance.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use Peakly — GLP-1 medication is prescribed to adults. Access is limited to approved accounts. You sign in with email and password and are responsible for keeping those details secure. New account registration is closed.
4. Your data is yours
Everything you log belongs to you. You can export it at any time, and we never sell or share it. How we handle and protect your data — including the health data you enter — is set out in our Privacy policy.
5. Acceptable use
Please do not scrape or automate access to the service, impersonate anyone, or attempt to reverse-engineer or redistribute Peakly's software and its specific implementation — that implementation is what makes the app what it is. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
6. Payment and billing
Peakly is closed to new subscriptions. Approved accounts have full access without a new payment.
If your account has a previous Lemon Squeezy subscription, Lemon Squeezy remains the Merchant of Record for its billing, tax, invoicing, portal, and refund records. Its customer terms remain applicable to that payment history. Peakly never sees or stores your card details.
7. Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your most recent payment (your initial purchase or your most recent renewal). See our full Refund policy for how to request one.
8. Cancelling
If a previous subscription is still active, you can manage or cancel it through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancelling does not remove your approved private access.
9. Deleting your account
You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@peakly.fyi. Deletion permanently removes all of your personal and health data within 30 days, except limited payment and tax records our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy) is legally required to keep. This is your right under GDPR Article 17.
10. Availability and liability
We work to keep Peakly reliable and your data safe, and we will be transparent when something goes wrong. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Dutch or EU law, and the medical disclaimer in section 2 governs any health decision you make.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and any dispute falls to the competent Dutch courts. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under EU consumer protection law.
12. Complaints and disputes
If you have a complaint, email support@peakly.fyi — we aim to reply within 1–2 business days, and formal complaints may take up to 5. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can seek help from a competent consumer dispute-resolution body, such as the European Consumer Centre (ECC Netherlands).
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify you by email or an in-app notice at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you disagree, you can export your data and close your account during that notice period.
