A simple, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you previously paid for a Peakly subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or your most recent renewal. No questions asked.
2. What is covered
The guarantee covers your most recent payment. It does not refund earlier renewals outside that window. Peakly is not accepting new paid subscriptions.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@peakly.fyi with the email address on your account, and we will take care of it. You can also contact Lemon Squeezy directly through the receipt email you received when you subscribed.
4. How long it takes
Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Once approved, it usually takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
5. After the 14 days
Refund requests made after the 14-day window are handled at Lemon Squeezy's discretion. If something has gone wrong, email us anyway — we would rather hear about it.
6. Your EU rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under EU consumer protection law, including the 14-day cooling-off period for digital subscriptions. Subscription details live in our Terms.
